Iotatech Ltd (Iotatech), today announces that Commercial and General Ltd (C&G) have gone live with its next-generation claims platform.
The Iotatech Platform has been designed using Microservices, Open API and Artificial Intelligence with an innovative approach to customer and user experience. It is an Internet of Things (IoT)-ready, intelligent pay-per-use solution, available via AWS as-a-Service.
Commercial & General’s Chief Executive Bradley Brandon-Cross said: “We are delighted to have gone live with the Iotatech Claims platform. When we signed contracts, we were promised a working solution in weeks and that is exactly what we have got. The platform will enable us to make significant savings on claims processing costs and deliver an excellent customer journey. It will also give our underwriter access to view our progress. My team have really enjoyed working with Iotatech on the project and now have a state-of-the-art claims system which will be the platform for our growth for many years to come.”
Iotatech Claims is being used by Commercial & General to record, triage and fully manage claims from first notification to settlement for the following products:
Further products are planned for rollout of the coming months which will use further Iotatech functionality such as Artificial Intelligence and access the Internet of things to bring in third-party data sources to reduce fraud and further automate the claims process.
Iotatech CRO and Co-founding director, Robert Thomson said: “C&G is our first customer for our disruptive claims solution to go live but we have other projects in the implementation and expect to announce further developments and progress in the coming weeks.”
